Refund Policy

We want you to love the collections you buy. If a collection isn't working for you, here's how refunds work.

You may request a refund for a web purchase within 14 days of buying a collection, as long as you have listened to less than 20%of the collection's audio. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Web purchases (Stripe)
- Submit the request within 14 days of purchase.
- Less than 20% of the collection's total audio must have been listened to.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and appear on your statement within your bank's normal window (typically 5–10 business days).
- Once refunded, access to the collection is removed from your account.
App Store & Google Play
If you bought a collection through Apple or Google, those stores handle the refund under their own policies. We cannot refund app-store purchases directly. Apple's flow is at reportaproblem.apple.com; Google's flow is in the Play Store under Account → Payments & subscriptions.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with:
- The collection name.
- The approximate purchase date.
- A short reason (optional, but helps us improve).
We'll reply within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve the issue faster directly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
