Refund Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
Tours are one-time purchases that unlock immediately, so all sales are final. Here's how that works and what to do if something goes wrong.
Summary
A tour unlocks the moment you buy it, so we don't offer refunds for changing your mind. Free tours let you try the product before you buy a premium one, and there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. If a tour doesn't work for a technical reason, contact us and we'll make it right.
App Store & Google Play
If you bought a tour through Apple or Google, those stores handle any refund under their own policies — we can't process app-store refunds directly. Apple's flow is at reportaproblem.apple.com; Google's is in the Play Store under Account → Payments & subscriptions.
Something went wrong
If a tour won't download, won't play, or you were charged in error, that's on us to fix. Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the tour name and roughly when you bought it, and we'll sort it out — usually within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before starting a chargeback — we can almost always resolve a billing problem faster directly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
